And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression. And fear Allah ; indeed, Allah is severe in penalty.

	Abdul Rahman 14th July, 2012 The particle "la" is here not NEG but SUP (supplemental particle) for emphasis. The following noun 5:2:9 is connected (معطوف) to 5:2:6, and is consequently accusative for the same reason, i.e. as object to the verb at 5:2:5.
