Verse (50:16), Word 4 - Quranic Grammar

In Quranic Grammar under Verb Form heading, is there any reason to have

number 3 such as in F-a-3-a-L-a , F-a-33-a-L-a etc.

The number 3 is to represent the Arabic letter عين ع. F represents فاء ف and L represents لام ل.
