Verse (4:57), Word 5 - Quranic Grammar

The fifth word of verse (4:57) is divided into 3 morphological segments. A future particle, verb and object pronoun. The prefixed future particle sa is used in combination with the imperfect (present tense) verb to form the future tense. The form IV imperfect verb (فعل مضارع) is first person plural and is in the indicative mood (مرفوع). The verb's triliteral root is dāl khā lām (د خ ل). The attached object pronoun is third person masculine plural.

Sahih International: But those who believe and do righteous deeds - We will admit them to gardens beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide forever. For them therein are purified spouses, and We will admit them to deepening shade.
