Verse (4:28), Word 6 - Quranic Grammar

The sixth word of verse (4:28) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A resumption particle and verb. The connective particle wa is usually translated as "then" or "so" and is used to indicate a sequence of events. The passive perfect verb (فعل ماض) is third person masculine singular.
