I think (47:36:7) تُؤْمِنُوا and (47:36:8) تَتَّقُوا in ...... وَإِنْ تُؤْمِنُوا وَتَتَّقُوا يُؤْتِكُمْ should be

فعل مضارع مجزوم instead of فعل مضارع منصوب

Yes, you are right. It should be عل مضارع مجزوم in both cases.
