Verse (47:19), Word 14 - Quranic Grammar

(47:19:14) وَاللَّهُ يَعْلَمُ مُتَقَلَّبَكُمْ وَمَثْوَاكُمْ . Should مَثْوَا not be اسم منصوب like مُتَقَلَّبَ ?
