Verse (45:3), Word 1 - Quranic Grammar

The first word of verse (45:3) is an accusative particle which belongs to a special group of words known as inna and her sisters (ان واخواتها).

asalam o alikum...''inna is harf mushaba bil fail''.......its not harf nasiba...

Salam,

I'm sorry you are wrong. inna is in fact both. The full correct i3raab for this particular occurance is:

"inna - harf nasb wa tawkeed mushaba bi-lfi'il"

So actually saying harf nasb is perfect acceptable. You are also right - we could add that it is "mushaba bi-lfi'il". Please see our standard reference, volume 11, page 5.
