Verse (39:51), Word 1 - Quranic Grammar

The first word of verse (39:51) is divided into 3 morphological segments. A resumption particle, verb and object pronoun. Sahih International: And the evil consequences of what they earned struck them. And those who have wronged of these [people] will be afflicted by the evil consequences of what they earned; and they will not cause failure.
