Verse (39:10), Word 17 - Quranic Grammar

The seventeenth word of verse (39:10) is a passive form II imperfect verb (فعل مضارع). The verb is third person masculine singular and is in the subjunctive mood (منصوب). The verb's triliteral root is wāw fā yā (و ف ي).
