Verse (38:45), Word 5 - Quranic Grammar

__

The fifth word of verse (38:45) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A conjunction and proper noun. The prefixed conjunction wa is usually translated as "and". The proper noun is in the genitive case (مجرور). The case marker is a fatḥah instead of a kasrah because the proper noun is a diptote (ممنوع من الصرف).

Chapter (38) sūrat ṣād

(38:45:5)

asalamu alaikum

Ayyub(as) shouldn't be tagged here, as the name is of Ya'qub(as)

Also on the tags of Ayyub(as), there is one reference that is mentioned in Surah Al Anbiya 21:83 but there the name is spelt with one y (Ayub(as)). It would be more helpful if it is spelt with 2 y's so that all the references of Ayyub(as) are one place.

this shouldn't be here as Ayyub(as) isn't even mentioned in this ayah and in Surah Al Anbiya 21:83 where the tag of Ayyub(as) is done with one y should just be made into Ayyub(as) with 2 y's so that it is grouped together with the other tags
