Verse (33:36), Word 5 - Quranic Grammar

The fifth word of verse (33:36) is an indefinite form IV feminine active participle and is in the genitive case (مجرور). The active participle's triliteral root is hamza mīm nūn (أ م ن).

Verse (33:36)

The analysis above refers to the 36th verse of chapter 33 (sūrat l-aḥzāb):

Sahih International: It is not for a believing man or a believing woman, when Allah and His Messenger have decided a matter, that they should [thereafter] have any choice about their affair. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger has certainly strayed into clear error.
