(2:69:8) The description of لَوْنُ in لَوْنُهَا is اسم مرفوع. But in dependency graph it is

shown مفعول. Is this right?

لَوْنُهَا is اسم مرفوع because it the subject (mubtada') of the جملة اسمية (NS-nominal sentence) ما لونها. In the dependency graph, it is the whole sentence (NS) ما لونها which is shown to be مفعول به - with the arrow pointing back to the verb (V) يبيّن .

ما لونها is a nominal sentence consisting of a subject (مبتدأ) and predicate (خبر) -- both of which must be nominative (مرفوع).
