"fa" here is not "result particle". It is another resumption particle introducing a conditional noun.

Salam, Abdul Rahman,

The Source Book also calls it [اِستئنافية] but also suggests that it might be Linkage for Apodosis. However, here it seems correctly tagged since it is linkage for Apodosis clause for "إمَّا" مؤلفة من "إن" حرف شرط جازم،
