Verse (29:12), Word 8 - Quranic Grammar

The eighth word of verse (29:12) is divided into 3 morphological segments. A conjunction, imperative particle and verb. The prefixed conjunction wa is usually translated as "and". The prefixed particle lām is usually translated as "let" and is used to form an imperative construction. The imperfect verb (فعل مضارع) is first person plural and is in the jussive mood (مجزوم). The verb's triliteral root is ḥā mīm lām (ح م ل).

The analysis above refers to the twelfth verse of chapter 29 (sūrat l-ʿankabūt):

Sahih International: And those who disbelieve say to those who believe, "Follow our way, and we will carry your sins." But they will not carry anything of their sins. Indeed, they are liars.
