Verse (15:22), Word 4 - Quranic Grammar

The fourth word of verse (15:22) is divided into 3 morphological segments. A conjunction, verb and subject pronoun. The prefixed conjunction fa is usually translated as "and". The form IV perfect verb (فعل ماض) is first person plural. The verb's triliteral root is nūn zāy lām (ن ز ل). The suffix (نا) is an attached subject pronoun.
