__

The fourth word of verse (14:52) is divided into 4 morphological segments. A conjunction, particle of purpose, verb and subject pronoun. The prefixed conjunction wa is usually translated as "and". The prefixed particle lām is used to indicate the purpose of an action and makes the following verb subjunctive. The passive form IV imperfect verb (فعل مضارع) is third person masculine plural and is in the subjunctive mood (منصوب). The verb's triliteral root is nūn dhāl rā (ن ذ ر).
