Verse (13:2), Word 7 - Quranic Grammar

The seventh word of verse (13:2) is divided into 3 morphological segments. A verb, subject pronoun and object pronoun. The imperfect verb (فعل مضارع) is second person masculine plural and is in the indicative mood (مرفوع). The verb's triliteral root is rā hamza yā (ر أ ي). The suffix (الواو) is an attached subject pronoun. The attached object pronoun is third person feminine singular.

Sahih International: It is Allah who erected the heavens without pillars that you [can] see; then He established Himself above the Throne and made subject the sun and the moon, each running [its course] for a specified term. He arranges [each] matter; He details the signs that you may, of the meeting with your Lord, be certain.
