Verse (13:2), Word 24 - Quranic Grammar

The 24th word of verse (13:2) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A preposition and verbal noun. The prefixed preposition bi is usually translated as "with" or "by". The form III verbal noun is masculine and is in the genitive case (مجرور). The verbal noun's triliteral root is lām qāf yā (ل ق ي).
