What is the best choice ? To say that is a :

أداة حصر



The first is privative, but the second is laudatory. It seems in this ayat, the 2nd is better, or any way possible, isn't it ?

Both imkam and i3rabQnDr in 12:53 call it أداةاستثنَاء

and I also believe it is so.
