Verse (11:9), Word 7 - Quranic Grammar

The seventh word of verse (11:9) is divided into 3 morphological segments. A verb, subject pronoun and object pronoun. The perfect verb (فعل ماض) is first person plural. The verb's triliteral root is nūn zāy ʿayn (ن ز ع). The suffix (نا) is an attached subject pronoun. The attached object pronoun is third person feminine singular.

Sahih International: And if We give man a taste of mercy from Us and then We withdraw it from him, indeed, he is despairing and ungrateful.
