The triliteral root dāl kāf kāf (د ك ك) occurs seven times in the Quran, in four derived forms:

  • twice as the form I verb dukkati (دُكَّتِ)
  • once as the noun dakkā (دَكَّآء)
  • once as the noun dakkat (دَكَّة)
  • three times as the verbal noun dakk (دَكّ)
