«يومئذ» ظرف بدل من «إِذَا»، وجملة «تحدِّث» جواب «إِذَا»، «إذ» اسم ظرفي مضاف إليه، والتنوين عوض من جملة محذوفة أي: يوم إذ زلزلت الأرض.
