الفاء في «فلهم» زائدة، ودخلت الفاء لما تضمنه المبتدأ من معنى الشرط، ولا يضرُّ نسخه بـ«إنَّ»، وجملة «لهم عذاب» خبر «إن»، وجملة «ولهم عذاب» معطوفة على جملة «لهم عذاب».
