«أن» مخففة من الثقيلة، واسمها ضمير الشأن، وجملة «لن يبعثوا» خبر «أن»، والمصدر المؤول من «أن» وما بعدها سدَّ مسدَّ مفعولَيْ زعم، جملة «بلى وربي لتبعثن» مقول القول، وجملة «لتبعثن» جواب القسم، وجملة «وذلك على الله يسير» مستأنفة.
