جملة «فإن يكفر بها هؤلاء» معطوفة على جملة «أولئك الذين»، وقوله «بكافرين» خبر ليس، والباء زائدة، والجارّ «بها» متعلق بالخبر، وجملة «ليسوا بكافرين» نعت لـ«قومًا».
