الواو مستأنفة، «كم» خبرية مبتدأ، الجار «مِنْ ملك» متعلق بنعت لـ«كم»، وجملة «لا تغني» خبر المبتدأ، الجار «في السماوات» نعت لـ«ملك»، «شيئا» نائب مفعول مطلق، الجار «من بعد» متعلق بـ«تغني»، و«إلا» للحصر، والمصدر مضاف إليه.
