الفاء مستأنفة، «ما» اسم استفهام مبتدأ والجار بعده الخبر، والجارّ الثاني متعلق بالاستقرار الذي تعلّق به الخبر. وقوله «فئتين» حال من الكاف والميم في «لكم». وجملة «والله أركسهم» حالية.
