«لا خير» نافية للجنس، واسمها مبني على الفتح، والجار متعلق بالخبر. والجار والمجرور «من نجواهم» متعلقان بنعت لـ«كثير». «إلا من» مستثنى منقطع، والظرف «بين الناس» متعلق بنعت لـ«إصلاح».
