الجار «عنكم» متعلق بـ«غني»، وجملة «ولا يرضى» معطوفة على الخبر، من قبيل عطف الجملة على المفرد، وجملة الشرط الثانية معطوفة على جملة الشرط الأولى، والهاء في «يرضى» مفعول به، وتعود الهاء على الشكر، وجملة «ولا تزر» مستأنفة، وجملة «ثم إلى ربكم مرجعكم» معطوفة على جملة «لا تزر وازرة»، وجملة «فينبئكم» معطوفة على جملة «إلى ربكم مرجعكم»، الجار «بذات» متعلق بـ«عليم».
