جملة «ولئن سألتهم» معطوفة على جملة «لئن سألتهم» في الآية (61)، وجملة «مَنْ نـزل» مفعول به للسؤال المعلق بالاستفهام، وقوله «الله» فاعل لفعل محذوف تقديره: أنـزلهن الله، وجملة «بل أكثرهم لا يعقلون» مستأنفة.
