الواو استئنافية، «ما» اسم شرط مفعول به، وفعل ماض مبني للمجهول، والتاء نائب فاعل، الجار «من شيء» متعلق بنعت لـ«ما»، والفاء رابطة، «متاع» خبر لمبتدأ محذوف تقديره هو، والواو في «وما عند الله» عاطفة، «ما» اسم موصول مبتدأ، «عند» ظرف متعلق بالصلة المقدرة، وجملة «وما عند الله خير» معطوفة على المستأنفة «وما أوتيتم»، وجملة «أفلا تعقلون» مستأنفة.
