«والذين» الواو مستأنفة، والموصول مبتدأ، وجملة «فاجلدوهم» خبر المبتدأ، والفاء زائدة حملا للموصول على الشرط، «ثمانين» نائب مفعول مطلق، «جلدة» تمييز، «أبدا» ظرف زمان متعلق بالفعل، وجملة «وأولئك هم الفاسقون» مستأنفة.
