Chapter (20) sūrat ṭā hā

قوله «فما بالُ» الفاء رابطة لجواب شرط مقدر، أي: إن كان ربُّكم كذلك فما بال؟ وهذه الجملة مقول القول، «ما» اسم استفهام مبتدأ، «بال» خبر.
