	Abdul Rahman 21st January, 2016 This is actually two particles merged as one, إن (if -- harf shart, particle of condition) and لا (not -- particle of negation). The verb following is therefore in jussive mood because of the effect of إن.
	Abdul Rahman 21st January, 2016 إلّا in this particular case is not "restriction particle".
