Verse (9:35), Word 7 - Quranic Grammar

(9:35:7) فَتُكْوَىٰ . Should this not be marked bob IV and فعل مضارع مبني للمجهول ?

This is indeed a passive verb, V – 3rd person feminine singular imperfect verb.

فعل مضارع مبني للمجهول.

But as to Bab, it is Form I, not Form IV.
