Verse (8:26), Word 12 - Quranic Grammar

The twelfth word of verse (8:26) is divided into 3 morphological segments. A resumption particle, verb and object pronoun. The connective particle fa is usually translated as "then" or "so" and is used to indicate a sequence of events. The form IV perfect verb (فعل ماض) is third person masculine singular. The verb's triliteral root is hamza wāw yā (أ و ي). The attached object pronoun is second person masculine plural.
