This too is correctly tagged here. Verb: Imperfect; Third Person; Plural; Masculine; Mood: Indicative evident by نَ [Form IV]; [و] Subject Pronoun, nominative state; مصدر-إِخْسَارٌ Verbal Noun.

فعل مضارع مرفوع بثبوت النون/و- ضمير متصل في محل رفع فاعل/جمع مذكرغائب/باب افعال

The passive verb is يُخْسَرُونَ
