The tenth word of verse (7:131) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A verb and subject pronoun. The form V imperfect verb (فعل مضارع) is third person masculine plural and is in the jussive mood (مجزوم). The verb's triliteral root is ṭā yā rā (ط ي ر). The suffix (الواو) is an attached subject pronoun.
The analysis above refers to the 131st
verse of chapter 7 (sūrat
Sahih International: But when good came to them, they said, "This is ours [by right]." And if a bad [condition] struck them, they saw an evil omen in Moses and those with him. Unquestionably, their fortune is with Allah , but most of them do not know.

I suspect that this verb, like the same verb at 27:47:2, may be Form VIII rather than Form V.

Form V is correct. The original form is يتطيّروا but the 'ta' has been assimilated into the 'Ta' (idgham) for ease of pronunciation. The original of the verb at 27:47:2 is تطيّرنا. Note the doubling (tashdeed) of the letter 'ya' in both cases. If they were Form VIII verbs, there would be no tashdeed on the 'ayn letter of the verb.
