Verse (7:100), Word 12 - Quranic Grammar

The twelfth word of verse (7:100) is divided into 3 morphological segments. A verb, subject pronoun and object pronoun. The form IV perfect verb (فعل ماض) is first person plural. Sahih International: Has it not become clear to those who inherited the earth after its [previous] people that if We willed, We could afflict them for their sins? But We seal over their hearts so they do not hear.
