Verse (63:10), Word 18 - Quranic Grammar

The eighteenth word of verse (63:10) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A particle of cause and verb. The prefixed particle fa is usually translated as "then" or "so". The particle is used to indicate cause and makes the following verb subjunctive. The form V imperfect verb (فعل مضارع) is first person singular and is in the subjunctive mood (منصوب). The verb's triliteral root is ṣād dāl qāf (ص د ق).

Sahih International: And spend [in the way of Allah] from what We have provided you before death approaches one of you and he says, "My Lord, if only You would delay me for a brief term so I would give charity and be among the righteous."
