The Dependency Treebank from (5:31:20) to (5:31:22) does not seem to be right فَأُوَارِيَ سَوْءَةَ أَخِي. Should it not be similar to يُوَارِي سَوْءَةَ أَخِيهِ ?

يُوَارِي سَوْءَةَ أَخِيهِ That is dealt with under 5:31:9 to 5:31:11. Please refer to the dependency graph for those words.

My question is what makes them different. i.e in one case hidden zameer هو is فاعل and in the other case فاعل is zahir. Also in one case one مركب اضافى and in other case مركب اضافى is compound.

Yes, you are right. There is inconsistency in the way the graphs are drawn. They should be similar.

In this case the فاعل is أنا., which is hidden.
