Verse (59:11), Word 15 - Quranic Grammar

The fifteenth word of verse (59:11) is divided into 3 morphological segments. An emphatic prefix, verb and emphatic suffix. The prefixed particle lām is usually translated as "surely" or "indeed" and is used to add emphasis. The imperfect verb (فعل مضارع) is first person plural and is in the indicative mood (مرفوع). The verb's triliteral root is khā rā jīm (خ ر ج). The suffixed emphatic particle is known as the nūn of emphasis (نون التوكيد).

The analysis above refers to the eleventh verse of chapter 59 (sūrat l-ḥashr):

Sahih International: Have you not considered those who practice hypocrisy, saying to their brothers who have disbelieved among the People of the Scripture, "If you are expelled, we will surely leave with you, and we will not obey, in regard to you, anyone - ever; and if you are fought, we will surely aid you." But Allah testifies that they are liars.
