Sahih International: Has the time not come for those who have believed that their hearts should become humbly submissive at the remembrance of Allah and what has come down of the truth? AsSalamu Alaikum.

Shouldn't the mood be Jussive (majzum), instead of Subjunctive (mansub) ? We are talking about "Let them not become....". So I think the mood is Majzoom due to the prohibition.

On a second thought, may be it is mansub because of particle AN in front of Takhsha'a.
