(1:5:2) إِيَّاكَ PRON – 2nd person masculine singular personal pronoun

أَيُّهَ (55:31:3 N – nominative noun

I thought the difference in definition should only be the zamee. Should not the

definition of أَيُّهَ be PRON – 3rd person masculine singular personal pronoun and

why one إِ has a fatah and the other has kasra?
