Verse (4:10), Word 12 - Quranic Grammar

The twelfth word of verse (4:10) is divided into 4 morphological segments. A conjunction, future particle, verb and subject pronoun. The prefixed conjunction wa is usually translated as "and". The prefixed future particle sa is used in combination with the imperfect (present tense) verb to form the future tense. The imperfect verb (فعل مضارع) is third person masculine plural and is in the indicative mood (مرفوع). The verb's triliteral root is ṣād lām yā (ص ل ي). The suffix (الواو) is an attached subject pronoun.

Sahih International: Indeed, those who devour the property of orphans unjustly are only consuming into their bellies fire. And they will be burned in a Blaze.
