The nineteenth word of verse (48:6) is a proper noun in the genitive case (مجرور). The case marker is a fatḥah instead of a kasrah because the proper noun is a diptote (ممنوع من الصرف).

Upon them is a misfortune of evil nature; and Allah has become angry with them and has cursed them and prepared for them Hell, and evil it is as a destination.
