Verse (42:9), Word 6 - Quranic Grammar

The sixth word of verse (42:9) is divided into 2 morphological segments. A resumption particle and proper noun. The connective particle fa is usually translated as "then" or "so" and is used to indicate a sequence of events. The proper noun is in the nominative case (مرفوع).
