Should تَزُولَا should be be 3rd person dual imperfect verb instead of 2nd?

You are right, it should be tagged as

V – 3rd person feminine dual imperfect verb, subjunctive mood.

Note that at 35:41:9 we encounter the perfect tense of the same verb, and this is correctly tagged " V – 3rd person feminine dual perfect verb".
