Kindly mention the english meaning for "Raina "
This word apparently means "listen to us". But the expression can also be understood to mean "pay heed to us" "give us due respect" which is unseemly arrogance if addressed to the person of the Prophet, peace be upon him. On the other had, unzurna, means the same thing -- seeking attention -- but in a humble and respectful way. Wallahu a'alam.

raina means look at us coming from the root ra hamza which means he saw.
also a sheperd is called raaee so raaeena would mean our sheperd that iswhat the hypocrites/pagans used in the sense with a little twist of the tongue
so allah ordered them to say unzurna that is look at us.with no possibility of insulting the prophet.
