Verse (29:5), Word 9 - Quranic Grammar

The ninth word of verse (29:5) is divided into 2 morphological segments. An emphatic prefix and active participle. The prefixed particle lām is usually translated as "surely" or "indeed" and is used to add emphasis. The indefinite active participle is masculine and is in the nominative case (مرفوع).
